Sumava Geisha - Costa Rica
- Description
Originating from the Gori Gesha forest in Ethiopia, Geishas are known for being fruity, floral and highly aromatic. The microclimate of Naranjo in the West Valley and Francisco’s masterful processing create a very identifiable sweetness that cannot be duplicated. The light roasting highlights the lively expression of its flavor. Because Geishas are very delicate, they were strategically planted in a small valley called “Rejolla” (small valley) to protect them from the wind and slow their maturation.
