Percy Pintados - Geisha – Peru

Percy Huaman Pintado is a third-generation coffee producer. He owns five hectares of land in the San Ignacio region (northwest Peru) and works closely with his family to create a vibrant coffee community that shares its agricultural practices and best practices.

Percy takes special care of his Geisha coffee plants: the cherries are carefully picked at peak ripeness. After being washed, the coffee is dried on a raised bed for 15 days. Thanks to these efforts, his Geisha was selected to participate in the 2023 Excellence Cup. "Rayos del Sol" is the name of the farm. It refers to the light that Percy sees on the horizon, a symbol of hope and resilience, even in the darkest times.

This coffee offers a floral and fruity cup with notes of jasmine and mandarin.
