Refund policy
1. Warranty
No warranty covers excessive use, normal wear and tear or accidental breakage.
All the products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If a product sold is defective, we will make the necessary arrangements with the manufacturer. Depending on the condition of the defective item and its availability, we will offer you compensation or replacement.
For all warranty claims, the first step is to contact our customer service department (info@fauxmouvement.cc) to notify us of the problem. You must provide us with photos and a short explanation to justify your request. Your e-mail must include your original order number. All products returned under warranty must be perfectly clean. If this condition is not met, Faux Mouvement reserves the right to refuse the request.
2.1. Refunds
Faux Mouvement does not issue refunds for purchases made on fauxmouvement.cc.
Discounted items are final sales. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2.2. Exchange
Exchanges are made on regular-priced items only. If you wish to exchange an item within 14 days, please contact us (info@fauxmouvement.cc) to initiate the exchange process.
Only products in new condition, which have never been worn or washed, are eligible for exchange. Faux Mouvement reserves the right to refuse any product that does not meet these conditions.
Return and reshipment of exchanged items are at your expense.
2.3 International exchanges and returns
All returned products must be declared as “Canadian merchandise returned” on the customs declaration. Failure to do so may result in the package being refused and returned to you.
2.4. Return to sender
If your order is returned to us marked “Return to Sender” and you no longer wish to receive this order and would prefer a refund, we will deduct the amount covering the return shipping costs from your order.
For orders returned to us from the United States or other international countries, Customer Service will contact you with further details. Please note, however, that invoice refunds will be subject to a deduction for customs clearance and shipping costs.
3. Payments
Faux Mouvement only accepts payments via Shopify Payment and PayPal.
