Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of payment. Once payment has been received, packages are shipped by Canada Post, or another carrier, according to their rates. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your shipment.

If you prefer, you can pick up your order in person and avoid shipping charges. Simply select the “in-store pickup” option when paying for your order. You'll receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is ready, and you can pick it up in-store.

International buyers

Please note that your order may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges will be borne entirely by you, and we cannot estimate how much they may be. For further information, please contact your local customs office regarding current international import fees.
