All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of payment. Once payment has been received, packages are shipped by Canada Post, or another carrier, according to their rates. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your shipment.
If you prefer, you can pick up your order in person and avoid shipping charges. Simply select the “in-store pickup” option when paying for your order. You'll receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is ready, and you can pick it up in-store.

Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes to the United States. These fees are charged at checkout. They will be detailed before payment. There are no other fees to pay upon delivery.
International buyers outside the United States

If a package is refused and returned to the sender, we will deduct all costs associated with the return from your refund.
