Boyoca Community Blend - Colombia

The Boyacá Community Blend is a unique lot representing the work of small-scale farmers cultivating the high slopes of Boyacá, a region emerging as a new frontier for Colombian specialty coffee. Here, producers cultivate between 1,200 and 2,000 meters above sea level, on steep terrain with a cool climate and fertile soils.

By pooling their harvests through community collaboration, they gain access to specialty coffee markets and shared processing infrastructure. Washed and sun-dried, the Boyacá community blend offers the freshness of lemon tea, the sweetness of candied orange, the richness of molasses, and a gentle vanilla finish – a glimpse into the region's potential and the dedication of its producers.
