Luis Alberto Balladarez – Nicaragua

Finca La Esperanza is located in the municipality of Mozonte, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, and is run by Luis Alberto Balladarez and his family. The farm comprises 53 hectares of coffee and forest, and is located at an average altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level.

For natural coffees, the coffee is also subjected to careful picking, then floated and transported to the Beneficio Las Segovias where it is spread on African drying beds for 25 to 30 days.
