Sun of the Morning – Bolivia
- Description
Agricafe is a family business now run by Pedro Rodriguez, his daughter Daniela, and his son Pedro Pablo. Agricafe produces and sources high-quality microlots. One of their goals is to improve and diversify Bolivian coffee cultivation and production. To achieve this, they have established two social programs in the Caranavi region, supporting 500 families in the area.
This batch comes from four producers who are part of the Agricafe program.
Upon arrival at Agricafe's wet processing plant, the cherries are sorted and processed based on quality, variety, and other factors. These cherries are dried on raised beds for 14 days.
When we prepare this coffee for pour-over, we can enjoy a pure cup that reveals notes of apple, caramel, milk chocolate and vanilla.
