Aquiares Mariana Natural – Costa Rica

Mariana is an F1 hybrid cultivar closely related to Starmaya, resulting from a cross between IAPAR59 and a sterile male Ethiopian local variety. This batch was processed naturally, with the ripe cherries first carefully dried on terraces and then on raised beds for 16 to 20 days. The result is a bright and expressive coffee with notes of red berries, pink grapefruit, and black tea.
