- Description
Bensa Setamo is a certified organic coffee from the high-altitude community of Bombe, in the Bensa district of Sidamo, grown at an altitude of between 2,100 and 2,300 meters. More than 550 smallholder farmers deliver their cherries to the washing station, which plays a vital role in the region by supporting farmer training, maintaining rigorous quality protocols, and providing reliable market access.
The combination of high altitude, a cool climate, and meticulous winemaking creates a vibrant and expressive washed profile. Expect clarity and brightness with notes of black tea, nectarine, and citrus.
