Familia Fernandez – Peru

Familia Fernandez is a fruity organic coffee from Colasay, Peru. This batch is produced by the Fernandez family and is part of the larger La Higuera project. Grown between 1,800 and 2,200 meters above sea level and fully washed, this Bourbon is pure and expressive, with a smooth tropical character. In the cup, you'll find notes of dried figs, stone fruit, and black tea.
