La Higuera – Peru

This coffee Certified organic takes its name from the small village where it is produced and the small number of producers who supply their coffee cherries to be processed together.

Produced by small farmers in Colasay and grown between 1,800 and 2,200 meters above sea level, this washed Bourbon is round and sweet, with notes of brown sugar, red apple and stone fruit, supported by a refined and elegant acidity.
