This coffee is the result of a very valuable partnership with indigenous Mazatec producers, who cultivate coffee using a fully biodynamic and sustainable approach. No chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used, and the cooperative takes great care to maintain a healthy and diverse environment so that the coffee trees can thrive.

This respect for nature and attention to detail are reflected in the cup. Nindo Ndajé is smooth and comforting, with a rounded structure and balanced sweetness.
