Chelchele Lavé – Ethiopia

Prolog chose Chelchele Washed for its beautiful floral notes, lively acidity, and sweetness. It's also a coffee they've been working with for about five years. The Chelchele farm, managed by Metad, is located about 400 km south of Addis Ababa, in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region. It was established in 2013 on 30 hectares of land in the heart of the Yirgacheffe appellation, internationally renowned for its high-quality coffees.
