

Natural Chelchele – Ethiopia
- Description
Yirgacheffe means "land of many springs" and is an ideal terroir for coffee production thanks to its altitude and natural springs. The region is home to many small, multi-generational landowners whose farms are no larger than a few hectares. The coffee is then transported to washing stations where the cherries are sorted according to their flavor profile.
With this naturally processed batch, we obtain a very smooth and balanced cup, with intense flavors and aromas that blend perfectly. A perfect example of what natural Ethiopian coffee can be at its finest. Full-bodied flavors of red wine and guava, with a delicious floral finish.
