- Description
A member of the Murue Farmer Cooperative Society in the Embue region, the Kianyanhi factory receives coffee from 950 local farmers. The cherries are sorted twice according to density, before being fermented and washed, using pure water from the Gatomboya stream. The region's rich volcanic soil and ideal climatic conditions contribute to the high-quality acidity and intense sweetness of this coffee.
There are multiple notes of black tea, with touches of blackberry and lemon.
Prepare as a filter coffee for a mild, tea-like drink, or as an espresso for an intense blackberry flavor!
