Thiririka Kiganjo AA – Kenya
- Description
This is the first time Prolog has worked with Thiririka, and this coffee was selected from 50 other samples. We are very excited to present it to you! Thiririka Kiganjo AA comes from the Kiambu region, at an altitude of 1,800 meters, and is fully washed. The Kiganjo washing plant uses fresh water from the Thiririka River with multiple washing cycles and controlled fermentation, optimizing cleanliness while saving water. The Thiririka agricultural cooperative supports approximately 2,600 farmers with training, price incentives, and long-term partnerships. This Kenyan coffee is complex, with deep aromas of blackcurrant and red currant. It has balanced acidity and floral notes on the palate.
