At the speed of light

In the fast-paced world of modern technology and hyperconnectivity, it can be refreshing to get back to basics, to reconnect with the raw simplicity of the present moment. With that in mind, we hosted a norda shoe trial event.

Participants gathered to test the latest models of the Montreal trail running shoe brand: norda . But beyond simply trying on shoes, we decided to change things up by adding a participatory element. Armed with an analog camera, participants were invited to capture the raw beauty of movement, to freeze the moment with unparalleled purity, far from artifice and retouching.

For us, running is more than just a physical activity. It is a return to our roots, a dive into the very heart of our humanity. In the same way, film photography celebrates the simplicity and uniqueness of each moment, each shot being a true ode to the authentic beauty of life in motion.

Through this activation, we discovered that film photography and trail running have much more in common than it seems at first glance. Both remind us of the importance of living each moment to the fullest, savoring each stride, each click of the shutter, in a world where time flies by.
